What can we expect from you?

Many things!  Once you sign a contract with us, we will be only a text or a phone call away from answering any questions.  We will confirm one week before the event date to make sure all the information we have is up to date.  Anything that can help us capture your natural moments will be suggested for your event(s).   We will also ask you for your taste & style.  Some examples are moody and airy.  Clients should be able to choose the type of photography done for their big day, in our opinion.  We will become part of your event and try to make you smile, but naturally and when you’re not actually looking at the camera.  If a pre-wedding shoot is included in your package, we will suggest several locations for you to choose from.  You’re also welcome to pick a location of your choice.  Our goal is to capture as many natural moments as possible and put them together and deliver in a story-telling theme.  Help us achieve our goal as we work with you on your big day.

Do you provide RAW copies of the images?

We do not provide RAW copies since you’re hiring us for our artistic touch on your images.

What's in your camera bag?

We can certainly show you what we have.  We use only high-end camera equipment that give the sharpest results.

What other types of events do you do besides Weddings?

We do engagements, bridal showers, birthdays, family portrait sessions, maternity photo sessions, newborn photos, seniors proms, senior portraits, and any event that requires a professional photographer.

If we book early, what type of discount can you provide us?

EXCELLENT question!  Please contact us & we can certainly provide something that will make you happy.  If you book your wedding a year in advance, we will provide FREE pre-wedding shoot for 60 minutes.  We can provide more details upon receiving your signed contract with a deposit.

How do we reserve a date for our event?

Simply sign the contract provided to you & email back to us.  We also require a deposit to reserve the date in advance.

Anything else we need to learn from you about our big event?

Once you sign up, we will go over the checklist for your big day.  We request that we’re given one person in charge for your big day for easier communication.  We also request enough space around all the important events so that all the photographs are captured in real moments.  (camera phones, relatives taking pictures with their phones, videographers cooperation needed).

Do you use second photographer?

I will be your primary photographer, but depending on the event, if a second photographer is needed, we will have one.  My second photographer is highly experienced and has completed many weddings with me.

How are our photographs delivered?

I will give you the timeline of delivery depending on the type of event.  Wedding photographs are generally delivered in 8 to 12 weeks.  A sneak peek will be available within one week.  My goal is to bring them to life with my best imagination and  make sure all the details is covered.  The high-resolution photos will be delivered with a one-click link to download from the web.  The albums can also be ordered upon request.  Please ask for details.

Do you provide videography services as well?

We also do videography.  Our team has a videographer who mainly does videography of all of our events & has 20 years of experience under his belt.

Do you know of reputable make-up artists, DJs, hanna experts (wedding vendors)?

We have few wedding vendors that have worked with us and can share their information.  We are also collecting information of well-known wedding vendors as we come across to help our clients.
